We believe strongly that a community cannot sustain itself if the local agriculture is not supported. We take great pride in sourcing many of our ingredients for both the kitchen and the bar from the best Colorado growers, farmers, apiaries, and ranchers. Our beef is raised at La Joya Dulce Ranch where the owner strives to produce the best tasting meat possible. Yampa Valley Farms, Davis Farms, and Bear River Apiary are just a few of the other local producers that you will find frequenting our menus.
